Group Synergy offers structured online mental health groups designed to help individuals build practical tools for navigating stress, overwhelm, emotions, relationships, focus, and day-to-day challenges.

Our groups combine:

  • Practical skill-building

  • Guided discussion

  • Emotional regulation strategies

  • Self-compassion approaches

  • Supportive community learning

Groups are co-facilitated by student therapists under supervision, bringing together clinical training and relevant lived experience in a supportive and guided environment.

Each group is designed to provide supportive, skills-based learning for individuals navigating challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, burnout, and emotional intensity.

ADHD Skills Group

Mondays  |  6:00-7:30 PM

Support for overwhelm, focus, organization, burnout, and emotional regulation related to ADHD.

Anxiety Skills Group

Wednesdays  |  9:00-10:30 AM

Practical coping skills and compassionate approaches for managing stress, overthinking, low mood, and emotional exhaustion.

Tuesdays  |  6:00-7:30 PM

Building self-compassion, emotional resilience, and practical ways to respond to stress and self-criticism.

Thursdays  |  6:00-7:30 PM

Structured support focused on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and coping strategies.

What Are Groups 
Actually Like?

Many people feel nervous about joining a group for the first time.​ Because of this, our groups are designed to feel:

  • Accessible

Participation is flexible. While on-camera participation is welcomed, individuals may also:

  • Participate through voice

  • Use the chat function

  • Observe quietly off camera

  • Engage at their own pace

Sessions typically include:

  • Real-life application of skills

  • Opportunities to learn alongside others navigating similar experiences

Do I need previous therapy experience?

No. Groups are designed to be accessible for individuals at many different stages of their mental health journey.

Do I need to speak during group?

No. Participation is flexible, and individuals are welcome to engage in ways that feel comfortable for them.

Can I join with my camera off?

Yes. While on-camera participation is welcomed, individuals may also participate through voice, chat, or by observing quietly off camera.

Are groups live?

Yes. All groups are facilitated live online in a structured and supportive setting.

Are these groups therapy?

Groups focus on psychoeducation, practical skill development, emotional wellness, and supportive learning. They may complement ongoing individual services where appropriate.

What if I feel anxious about joining?

Many people feel nervous before their first group. Our goal is to create a welcoming and lower-pressure environment where individuals can participate at their own pace.
